energy bars if you want "home made cake in my case"
your lunch as we stop in the middle of no where to have it with nature
fresh legs for some climbs and a trail bike. we know couple of nice trails over there to have some fun, we always in the discovering of more trails as in the area are plenty off them. there are easy and really technical trails with jumps that you can avoid them if prefered, let me know your thoughts and we can arrange to do any off them.
