Sustrans - Sefton Park to Mersey Prom

A slow ride, giving people a change to chat while riding round the pathways of Sefton Park. Then onto the Otterpool Park and then down by the river along the Prom. Stopping briefly at the Red Sitting Bull for a group pic. Along the prom until the turning point. On the return journey back along the prom as far as the Botanical Gardens where we view the sights of the gardens and then start heading back to Sefton Park for one more lap of the park lakes and back to the start. A great ride for beginners and young ones or anyone who wishes to build more confidence. Most of this ride is traffic free. Please arrive at least 15 mins early so the ride can start on time. Please check you bike is in working condition the night before. Please try and bring the basic tools and repair kits. Anyone under 18yo must wear a helmet. Anyone under 16yo must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
