Swingbridge

Riding out of Great Bowden we'll cycle to Foxton and then turn right to ride down Swingbridge Street. It's unlikely that there will be a canal boat coming through but you never know! We'll ride on past East Langton and through Church Langton. At Cranoe we turn right and will roll gently down hill back to Bowden.

This ride goes through the village of Foxton. Although we won't be riding alongside the famous locks, we will ride over the canal via a swingbridge.

We ride on quiet country lanes with little traffic.

We'll stop for breathers along the way and there will be the opportunity to enjoy refreshments together at the end of the ride.

You must wear a helmet on this ride. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a spare inner tube just in case! Keep an eye of the weather, you may want more layers and gloves.
