Everyone’s most welcome to cure being camera shy during probably the friendliest Critical Mass Group’s steady-paced, mystery ride in the world. Especially when we are celebrating Hollywood Video’s 35th birthday, as well as Warp Films filming the final party scene of Everyone’s Talking About Jamie, starring Max Harwood, Richard E Grant, Sarah Lancashire, Sharon Horgan, and Sunita from Corrie in Sheffield on Friday August 23, 2019. Certainly, it’s a mystery if we will be allowed to party with the stars. However, we won’t know unless we get our bikes out and give it a go.

Also, if you wear bright clothing, Warp Films might invite you to the free party with the stars. And you can dance as Reverend and the Makers (Shine the Light fame, which was featured in FIFA 13) plays live, while being filmed. Certainly, it really is the final scene of the Hollywood-style production that everyone in the film industry is talking about. Indeed, both 20th Century Fox and Walt Disney Studios are helping to bring this film to a cinema near you in 2020.

Whatever the weather, we should cycle at a steady pace along the flat, free and fun Five Weirs Walk & Cycle Route, and then the Forest Loop to visit the free party scene near the former home of Hollywood Video.

Please be aware that you participate at your own risk. And please bring a spare tube and tother essentials, such as money to purchase any drinks and snacks you fancy. In the spirit of Everyone’s Talking About Jamie, you are most welcome to wear whatever you want, as well as ride whatever you want.

Please use the link below to the event at our Facebook page, and then you can keep up-to-date with any conversations. Also, please note that the free party finishes at 8.30pm. However, it would be at the discretion of Warp Films if you were allowed in, and we should only attend if we have enough ride buddies for everyone.
