Taster Cycle to Stobs - Week 1

Week one of our taster sessions out to Stobs war memorial and back. This is a nice gentle route to get you started whether you’re new to your bike, starting again after a while off the bike or to help you gain more confidence cycling in a group. Hawick Belles is the group for you!

Please make sure that your bike is in good working order with your tyres pumped up. It is also good practice to carry a spare inner tube and pump if you can. It’s a good idea to bring a drink of water for a wee refreshment along the way.

Please don’t worry if you’re not sure about anything as the leaders are there to help and advise you. We are a very friendly bunch who want to encourage you all to have a great time when out on your bike. Look forward to seeing you there.
