Taster Ride - Week 4 - Out To Roberton and Back

This is week 4 of our taster rides. This will be a nice gentle ride where you will be in a group with other ladies and accompanied by 2 Breeze leaders who will take the group out on the route giving help and advice where necessary. This is a great opportunity to join like minded women for a sociable pedal in the countryside.

The ride will leave the Heart of Hawick before heading out of town to Roberton where we will stop for a wee break before pedalling back into town. There are a few hills on this route but is manageable for all abilities.

Please wear a helmet and gloves are advisable. Wear clothing for the weather and bring some water or anything you think you might need to keep your energy up. Please ensure your bike is in working order, your tyres are pumped up and you have spares or tools relevant to your bike. If you are using an e-bike, please ensure there is sufficient charge, and should you have a mechanical, you have a plan in place to get back to Hawick.
