This is a traffic free route that starts in Temple Newsam Park and takes us through local forests on dirt tracks and quiet cycle paths.

We start in Temple Newsam Park and our half way rest is at St Aidens bird sanctuary, where we can take a quick coffee and cake.

This route has forest paths, canal tow paths and gravel based roads. Therefore wider road tyres or mountain bike tyres are needed.

Ebikes are welcome.

Toilets are available at Temple Newsam, and the halfway point at St Aidens
Cafe stop is at St Aidens, they take cash and card. Coffee is around £3, Cake is around £4
