This TFCC - Traffic Free Cymru Cycling ride is open for anyone to join

Junior Park Run starts at 9am and finishes at 9:30am, you are welcome to join the Park Run as well as the bike ride after starting at 9:30. We will take the Swiss Valley Trail to Pentreporth Road and then we will either walk or ride up the hill to Furnace Pond.
We will be using mainly off road, and then pavement on the hill up to Furnace Pond. As it's quite a climb we may walk up.
We will stop and park our bikes for a little walk around Furnace Pond.
Please bring with you refreshments, puncture repair kit, a sense of humour and adventure!!
We especially welcome newbies!
