Cultural events and food

From Central library, Media city, Stockton Heath, to finish in Rusholme at Birchfields Community centre. The Big Ride for Palestine is an initiative by supporters of the Palestinian people that combines a love of cycling with practical solidarity and awareness raising. https://www.thebigride4palestine.com/ "We want to bring attention to the human rights abuses endured by the Palestinian people, the brutal military occupation of Gaza and the West Bank (including East Jerusalem), and Israel’s continued violation of international law. Over the 4 years since our first Big Ride in 2015, we have raised over £130,000 for the Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA) charity. In 2019 we will again be raising money for MECA. Join us on The Big Ride and show the Palestinian people that they have not been forgotten!"
