Cycle to Queensbury and on to Kingsbury then follow side roads along the side of Brent Reservoir sometimes known as the old Welsh Harp. Along the Edgware Road for about 3 miles until we get to Brondsbury station and then on the back roads including Abbey Road and the famous recording studios then off to the left past Lords Cricket Ground and into Regent Park from the Hanover Gate enterence. Then onto the Euston Road and into Pancras Way to the Coal Drop Yard area at the back of Kings Cross Station for a delightful Latte. Many cafes to choose from. The homeward journey will be along the same roads as the outward journey. On the way back its worth popping into the Abbey Road Studios Shop to look at the memorabilia .

Please wear a helmet. Carry spare inner tubes and puncture repair outfit, water for the ride and a form of payment for refreshments or emergencies.
