A relaxed paced ride (5-7mph) through Prestwich Forest to Meccano Bridge, Clifton Marina and back.
Mostly well surfaced with a couple more hills, uneven single tracks, canal towpaths and a short section of quiet road.
If we're lucky we may even see some of the hundreds of wild Deer that roam free in Prestwich Forest and surrounding areas on our ride.
A lap of Clifton Marina to the Cafe for a well earned brew and a chat then head back.
Safety first ladies and gents! No helmet, no ride! Knobbly tyres recommended.
