Join us for a ride to The Great British Diner at LS23 7FE, Thorp Arch, it's a greasy spoon, portion sizes are huge, you won't be disappointed

Heading out of the car park we turn right up Old lane to Harrogate road, turning right then left onto Old Pool bank down to Pool, through the village over the river turning right onto Castley lane, Weeton, Dunkeswick, a short stretch of A61, Kearby, Netherby, Clapgate, Wetherby, then the Wetherby Railway Path into Thorp Arch for our lunch stop

Leaving the estate we pick up the cycle path again and head into the village of Thorp Arch, then its onto Boston Spa, Clifford, Bramham, Wothersome, East Rigton, Shadwell, Eccup and Bramhope


Usual, spare inner tubes, pennies for lunch etc
