Flat along the river to Newburn, then a climb up to Throckley,
we`ll wait and it`ll always be a ride leader at the back !
then its a undualting tootle along to Horsley and the cake stop !
after cake another hill...….. of the down variety to the river and along to the hub !
Riders must be able to use the full range of gears and be able to maintain 10-12mph on the the flat
