**** This UK Breeze bike ride starts with a 45 min coaching session, brought to you by a Level 2 qualified TT and Road British Cycling Coach, followed by a steady ride.****

This is one of three sessions in this 'the progressive rider' series. It is recommended that you attend as many of the sessions as possible in the series to build on your skills.

Each coaching session will focus on a different aspect of group riding:

Session one - Refining fundamental skills
Session two - Building confidence
Session three - Creating speed and pace

These are great sessions if you are looking to become more confident to try joining a club ride or become more confident in riding with others on a Breeze ride. These sessions are not appropriate for complete beginners – it is not aimed at teaching how to ride a bike, but to build skills.

The ride after the coaching session is categorised as a steady ride as it is only 25km (15 miles) but it will be at an approx. pace of 23-25kph (14-15 mph) as it is fairly flat and will be a chance for us to put our speed and pace into action! It is along the new cycle path to Aber and on to Llanfairfechan and then back. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THE STEADY RIDE SEPARATELY.

*The session is dependent on the weather forecast. We won’t ride in strong winds (20mph+) or if it is pouring with rain.

WHAT TO BRING:
A drink and snacks for the ride
Clothes suitable for the weather
A helmet
Repair kit and spare inner tube
Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving on the ride
