Free women only cycling sessions!
Whether you're new to cycling, want to give it a go, need a confidence boost, testing out a new bike or trying new cleats, this free women only session on the Forge Valley circuit is ideal for you. All abilities are welcome to come and use the traffic free purpose built cycling facility at Sheffield's Forge Valley School.
No bike, no problem! Free bike hire is available on site.
Come with friends and family or come on your own, you will soon get to know and chat with other like minded ladies and enjoy not only cycling together but sharing tips and hints to make our cycling life fun. The 1km circuit is perfect for practicing those skills and whether you do 1 lap or 20, it's completely up to you. The friendly female Breeze Champions will be there to give useful tips and advice and even offer some coaching skills.
Please ensure you bring along appropriate footwear and clothing.
Please ensure your bike is in roadworthy condition BEFORE you arrive. We will bike check all bikes before allowing them on the circuit.
