This ride is part of the Cycling UK /This Girl Can projects in Manor and Castle Area. Super chill cycling confidence ride in Manor park fields. Depending on who comes and what everyone is up for, we can tackle hills, play with gears, do a bit of off-road /narrow paths training. This is traffic free Depending on who comes, we can stop every lap of the park and have a drink and chat. First-timers welcome!

Ride in and around Manor Fields and beyond to routes at Shirebrook Valley and Norfolk Park, as people are able to go further. We never leave anyone behind, and the main thing about these rides is FUN! Bikes and helmets are available to borrow (booking essential) or bring your own bike, helmet, multi tool, spare inner tubes. Also snacks and drinks to keep you sustained.
