This Girl Can - Redmoor Road Return - Quiet Road Ride

Road Ride taking in different places around Bodmin starting and finishing at the Borough Arms

This will be starting on the camel trail, then going along the quiet back roads on a circular loop around Bodmin, then back onto the trail from Lanhydrock and through Bodmin back to the Pub.

We will stop along the way for photos and at the top of any and every hill for a breather, or if the hill is longer we will do it in sections stopping unless you are fit enough I will ask you to wait at a set point.

If you can bring an inner tube, drink and if you have lights as we will be on roads, preferable a rear red light for your bicycle. If you need to ask anything please let me know! Mountain bikes can be ridden on this route, but as it is on the road it may be slightly harder work, but I will encourage you and help you as much as possible.
