Thorpe Arch scenic route

We will head out from Golden Acres Park back car park down Arthington Lane and the up to Eccup Lane. We will then drop down around the bottom of the Harewood estate before crossing Harewood bridge. We will head up to Kirkby Overblow where the views are amazing before dropping through Sicklinghall and into Wetherby. We will head out to Thorpe Arch Retail Park for our coffee break before crossing back across the Wharfe and up to Bramham. From Bramham we will head to Scarcroft and round Eccup Reservoir to return back to Golden Acres.

A particularly scenic circular route from Golden Acres Park out to Thorpe Arch

Mainly on country roads and cycle paths with short stretches on busy main roads. There are a few hills to go up too!

We will stop for a coffee in Wetherby before looping back to Leeds

Please ensure you wear a helmet and have a jacket to put on for our stop as we will be sat outside. You should also have your own pump and tools to ensure you could fix a puncture if required.

We will ensure that we all ride together and have fun whilst staying safe in line with COVID restrictions.
