Quiet lanes and lovely countryside is the route for the day. There are some main road junctions to negotiate where care will be needed. This is a 55K+ ride through the wonderful Staffordshire countryside with manor houses, thatched cottages and duck ponds to view taking in villages such as Whittington, Clifton Campville before we head right towards the small hamlet of Thorpe Constantine. We return via Newton Regis where a coffee break is anticipated.
