Early start to avoid the heat. Nice fairly level ride using mostly lanes. canal towpath (cycle route) and the old railway line. Returning through the Golden Gates and Jerusalem! OPtions forlanes or slightly quicker main road on return, even an extra ice cream stop if wanted! Nobody gets left, please bring usual spares, cash for refreshments and plenty of fluids.
