A few hills to get us out of Leeds then it flattens off as we head out past Thorpe Arch to Askham Bryan. We will return via Tadcaster, Bramham and Thorner.

A lovely ride out o the edge of the Vale of York

Mainly quiet country roads with short spells on or crossing busier main roads

We will stop at the garden centre run by Askham Bryan Prison for a cuppa and cake about half way through our ride

Bring layers of clothing, drink and energy snacks

We never leave anyone behind
