This a challenging ride with steep climbs and descents for regular riders who want to ride for fitness. We are aiming for an average speed of 13-15 mph.
Starting from Burnside we will head up towards Nerston, before taking teh country lanes to Thorntonhall and Jackton. We will head around the back of EK towards Chapelton before dropping into Blantyre and back to Burnside. Main roads and country lanes throughout.
