A fabulous route along the new Towy Valley cycle path to Llandeilo

This is mostly off road

We shall have a brief coffee stop at Wrights Emporium in Llanarthney and a lunch stop in Llandeilo

Please bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, pump, a drink and money for refreshments
