Mostly cycle-friendly trails away from traffic, then a short section on quiet roads to the cafe
Stops can be made along the route if people want to take photographs. The destination cafe will be an opportunity to sit and have a tea, coffee or cake.
Helmets are mandatory if U-18 years and recommended for all riders. Bring a pump, inner tubes or tyre sealant. Basic tool kit Bike lock. Please remember to pack warm clothing, especially gloves hat etc, Waterproof jacket and overtrousers if it forecasts rain. Water bottle. Mobile phone, Money or card for purchasing drinks/ refreshment.
