Nice gentle ride over to Gweek through the back roads and Trelowarren.and looping back the same way.

Ride out from Gweek over to St Martins and looping back to Travassack Lake…a gentle ride with a few nips

Mainly back roads, from Gweek through St Martin and looping back onto the B3293 and down to Travassack Lake.

Refreshments at Travassack Lake and as and when needed along the route

Helmets, spare inner tyre for own bike, clothing for changeable weather and monies for refreshments.
