If we’re not careful on the way back we’ll bump into ourselves on the way out.
We leave our start point by the bike hire hut at Coypool park and ride and criss cross our way, (via Saltram, Sherford, Plympton and Sparkwell) up to Cornwood.
From there we turn around and criss cross back down (through Smithaleigh, Sherford and Plymstock) for lunch at the Guard Room in Hooe.
A proper mix of cycle paths, cycle lanes, urban and country roads.
A few climbs to get the heart pumping and some exhilarating downhills take us to a late refreshment spot so there’s not too much work afterwards for the return to Coypool.
