Leaving the velodrome to head out to Lanes around Nash, Redwick and Magor. Heading out of Undy towards Parc Seymour and then a small circuit through Langstone before heading back to the velodrome.
Testing out the legs on the British cycling Herio route
Mostly lanes but 2 short sections on the busier road , the a48
Stopping at Magor for a cuppa and hopefully cake
Bring your helmet, spare inner tubes , snacks and drinks and some money for the stop
