This is a steady social paced ride, especially suitable for those trying out cycling in the dark!
Mainly using cycle paths and valley routes, with some loops and variations.
Helmets are compulsory on our rides, bells are law! We also recommend you have glasses, gloves, drink, snack, spare inner tube, tyre levers/tools, pump/gas, lights (both front and rear), rear mud guard in wet conditions, hi-vis clothing and any medication necessary for this activity. Warm waterproof clothing and layers are recommended for the winter months.
