Leaving from GROWE towards Ancoats Green in Manchester. Mainly riding along the canal towpath, quite roads and local parks.
### PLEASE, arrive 10-15 minutes early for headcounts and ABCD checks.
A: air B: brakes C: chain D: drop the bike slightly from a low heigh to listen for any loose rattling parts.

This ride is open to anyone to join. Approximately 10 to 12 miles. Organised by a Community Group, this ride is a great way to meet new riders while exploring local areas and have fun riding your bike.

The route will be mainly flat along the Rochdale canal towpath or low traffic roads with good company.

We will have a refreshment stop halfway
