We will ride up to 12 miles. This ride is suitable for all fitness level. Its a great way to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned rider.

The route is mostly off busy roads using canal towpaths , tracks but there can be some roads so you must feel confident Road riding.

We go at the pace of the slowest rider and never leave anybody behind.

We will to have a Cafe stop ✋ at the halfway mark before heading back to GROWE.

Please check weather conditions before you leave home. Wear waterproof clothing, gloves. Suncream, glasses. Helmets not compulsory BUT advisable. Water Cash and card for drinks payments
