Starting at Prissick cycle ciruit (Middlesbrough). This ride takes us to Stainton, Thornton, Maltby, briefly stopping at Stokesley, before heading towards Great Broughton, Ingleby Greenhow, Battersby, Kildale, up towards Captain Cook’s Monument. There will be the option to continue a little further on the off-road section, if desired. We return via Little Ayton, stopping at Great Ayton for our cafe stop before continuing towards Tanton, Newby, returning to the cycle circuit. Start:- Prissick cycle circuit, Middlesbrough Ride level:- 4 (RED) Terrain:- Mixture of roads, a climb up to Captain Cook’s Monument and the option of an off-road section. Mountain bikes recommended if you want to take on the off-road parts. Distance:- 33 miles Pace:- 12 mph avg Time:- 4 hours
