To show our support for the people of Manchester and raise money for the Manchester Victims Fund.

A wonderful ride showing community cohesion by all coming together to show support for the people of Manchester, a counter narrative to the terror attacks. The plan is as follows:

0800 - 0900: Cyclists to meet at City Park, Bradford. The Pavilion Café has very kindly agreed to provide a FREE breakfast to all the cyclists participating in the bike ride.
0900: Depart from City Park – Lord Mayor of Bradford to see off the cyclists.
1015: Arrive in Halifax. Meeting point is Al Jamia al Zahra Mosque, 16-18 Francis Street, Halifax HX1 5JY. Drinks & fruit to be provided courtesy of the Mosque.
1045: Depart from Halifax
1230: Arrive in Todmorden. Rest/Lunch at Centre Vale Park, Todmorden
1330: Depart Todmorden
1500: Arrive in Rochdale. Short drinks break (meeting point TBC)
1630: Arrive at Manchester Town Hall to be Greeted by Andy Burnham, Mayor of Manchester

A suggestion that each cyclists donates £10, however this is not a requirement. Please use www.justgiving.com/ manchesteremergencyfund to make donations online or collect money and handover to Rifaqat Ali, Bike ride organiser.
