This is a shortish route heading out in the Sandford direction. No big hills but a couple of shortish 'bumps'. Park stop at Cromwell Meadow on the way back.
We'll be riding mostly along quiet lanes with short sections along residential roads
We plan to stop at Cromwell Meadows park in Crediton for a rest and chance for children to play on the return leg
Please bring helmets if you have them, lightweight waterproofs, water/snacks and suncream/hats for park, wellies if children want to paddle in stream near Upton Helions
