Urban Hacks and Italian Snacks!

A roughly 10 mile ride that has a mix of quieter roads, trail, and cycle route.
Aimed at those new to cycling or those returning after a break. Pace is to the group, no one left behind. Expect plenty of stops to faff, breathe and take photos.

Best suited to Hybrids and MTB bikes but road bikes will be fine this time of year on the bit of trail we will be using. Helmets preferred but not compulsory! Please make sure your bike is road worthy.

Please wear comfy clothing, bring drinks and snacks to keep you sustained. Also please carry spare inner tubes and a multi tool as a minimum for any mishaps.

Our route takes us out from Giant, through part of the City Centre before we weave our way through to Olympic Legacy Park Sheffield. We will have a brief drink stop here, before we continue on our circular route. Finding our selves on parts of the 5 weirs we will head back towards the city centre, where we will stop for a coffee and snack at Cafe Tucci on Surrey Street.

Finally we will do a bit more of the Cycle route in and around the City Centre before making our way back to Giant Store.

Please note the store may not be open when we set off, but plenty of shopping time afterwards. Some parking available at the store but arrive by bike where possible.
Arrive by 9.45 for M-check and Ride briefing. We set off at 10am!
