Vale of Belvoir Cycling Club ride for all the family. Children are welcome with their parents/guardians, but please bear in mind this is 12 miles and we will be avg 10mph, so I would recommend min age of children would be 8 years old.

We will be riding on cycle paths and quiet country roads, but children need to expereinced on the road. No bridleways this week, so road bikes are ok.

We will be stopping at Portland Fishing Lakes for refreshments.

Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit, drink and wrap up warm. Helmets are a must!
