A gentle start for the new year, and the first of the Velindre rides, supporting the riders doing the epic West Coast challenge later in the year!
Let's take a trip along the Taff Trail to Caerphilly Castle, with a detour to Nantgarw Chinaworks on the way back.
Mostly on traffic-free trails, with a short on-road section in Tongwynlais, and cycle paths through quiet streets in Caerphilly. Gentle uphill on the way and downhill on the way back!
