Come and join us at the National Cycling Centre and join us on a cycle ride through parks and short sections of road for approximately 10 miles and reward yourself at the Velodrome cafe at the end! We will start at the Velodrome car park and head to Daisy Nook via Clayton Vale. We will hopefully fit in two coffee stops - one at Daisy Nook and one back at the Velodrome. If you can't stay around for the second one then please don't worry! This route is suitable for all bikes as the terrain is mostly flat with good surfaces. Please wear suitable clothing and shoes, including rain gear and a helmet. Should you wish to buy something in either of the cafes, you may wish to bring some spare change. Newcomers to Breeze rides are very welcome.  It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Dress appropriately for the weather: in cool weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a rain jacket is a good idea too!  Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
