This easygoing ride heads out from the south-eastern part of Lichfield to Fradley Junction following a route through Whittington taking us along mainly quiet country lanes. New riders are very welcome.

We’ll meet at the Co-op car park on Ryknild Street in Lichfield for a briefing before setting off, then head out as a group along Darnford Lane via Whittington to Fradley Junction. There's a few cafes to choose from situated alongside the canal, where you can enjoy a relaxing drink and slice of cake. For the more energetic, there's even a short woodland walk around the adjacent Fradley Reservoir.

Following a short break, we will then head back along National Cycle Route 54 via Curborough and the eastern edge of Lichfield to our starting point.

Due to current guidelines, there is a maximum of 6 people on this ride. Riding in single file is recommended to facilitate Social Distancing, but riding in pairs is permitted if circumstances allow. Participants should have hand sanitiser with them & take own tissues on the ride. Masks are not recommended.

We look forward to you joining us for this enjoyable ride out.
