We've got a nice flat start to get the legs warmed up out towards Chester and down the River Dee and into Deeside and Papermill Lane. It's not a particularly steep climb but it is long. Take it at your own pace, you can always stop for a rest and to check out the views across the Dee estuary.

You're rewarded with a zippy downhill into Northop Hall before picking up lumpy but quiet lanes into Alltami and on to Buckley - will you spot Elvis?

We're pretty much downhill then to Kinnerton and a well deserved cake stop at Walters. A gentle few miles back home then through Doddleston and home :-)

We'll be mainly on quiet roads or cycle paths but there are some busier stretches so you'll need to be confident on the road. We'll always take the hills at your own pace and re-group at the top. Nobody gets left behind!

Please make sure your bike is in good working order and don't forget the helmet :-) It is a lumpy ride so plenty of drinks and snacks are recommended and means of payment if you'd like anything at Walters.

Let me know if you have any questions, hope you see you there :-)
