going along Mollison Ave on to Cycle route 1 which goes parallel to the towpath but not as mucky. Along some tow path and cycle lane to Walthamstow wetlands.

A ride to the Lovely cafe at Walthamstow Wet Lands along Cycle route1 and canal towpath .

Mostly cycle lane or canal towpath some quiet streets.

Stopping at The Larder cafe lovely homemade cakes and food.

Please bring spare inner tube, water & money for the cafe. Please wrap warmly.

a nice easy route no hills.
