Starting from - Please gather at the Bean Theory Cafe at Waresley Park. Free and easy car parking. Please make your way to the cafe courtyard to commence the ride. Cafe opens at 08:30 for breakfast. SG19 3DD

From the cafe we head north through Waresley, Croxton and Toseland. Then a fast downhill run into St Neots. Over the Great Ouse we head south to Chawston. Then Colesden and Wilden. Now heading SW to Great Barford where we cross the Ouse again and in to Blunham and the cycleway into Sandy. Finally crossing railway we climb to Everton and Waresley Park. 34 miles

Mainly quiet lanes with some sections of B roads. Cross one A road. A section of cycleway at Sandy.

Helmets and appropriate cycling clothing thanks. Water and snacks. Check the weather and bring rainwear if necessary. Bring puncture repair items to suit your bike.
