Starting from - Follow the postcode for the start, as you turn at the roundabout on Bonemill lane there are some playing fields on the left with public parking available.I'll be there from 10:20 NE38 9DE. The route is on road all the way. steady ride with one short climb approx 0.3 mile. Helmets are required and due to the time of year lights are recommended. Rickleton to Birtley, along the A167, then quieter roads towards penshaw. Pace will be approx 12mph but nobody will be left behind. Depending on the weather the option to stop for coffee at the Biddick Arts centre is an option, NE38 9DE
