This route travels along an old railway path surrounded by trees and lakes formed from old sand and gravel quarries (some of which were used to build the old Wembley stadium). The route will follow the canal towpath and road to Colne Valley Visitor's Centre near Denham village before returning almost completely off road via canal towpaths and bridle ways.
