Meet outside the Cafe in Cassiobury park, nearest to the tube station, the fountain and the tennis courts. From the park we will head out on gravel trails through Whippendell woods, then on road through Chandlers Cross, Belsize and Flaunden, stopping in Boxmoor at Fishery Wharf cafe. We will navigate our way through the edges of Hemel to return to the park through Pimlico, Bedmond and Leavesden.
We start on the pathways in the park and through the woods. The rest of the ride is on road. There are a few busy sections of road and a lot of quiet country lanes.
Please wear a helmet and bring water, tools and tubes in case of incidents
