A mainly linear route along The Ebury Way to the Abbey Way through The Meriden and Bricket Wood to Greenwood Park. Return journey will likely be the same route in reverse

The route is a mix of mianly quiet roads and cycle paths though there is small stretch on quite a busy road across the M25

Refreshment stop at Lay Llama Cafe in Greenwood Park

Wearing of helmets is recommended. Please bring 2 spare inner tubes and money fo refreshments
