Starting point

South Yorkshire
S6 4TE

This is a women only ride. We have been building up to this ride so it is for those that can or have done 3 Lops of Damflask in one session. The is the next progression and we are looking forward to doing it. The scenery is wonderful and the down hill is great!!
The ride takes us up the steady climb of Loxley Road to Damflask, we take a left turn after the Nags Head and continue along New Road until we reach the Plough in Low Bradfield where we turn right and make our way to Blindside Lane which is a longish steady climb that winds through the trees before emerging onto open moorland with beautiful views across Dale Dyke and Strines Reservoirs. At the top of Blindside Lane we'll turn left and continue along some more pretty lanes before dropping back down to Low Bradfield. We'll then continue along mostly flat or downhill roads back to the start.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms (new, persistent cough; fever; loss of sense of smell or taste) or if any of your household has symptoms or is isolating. Maintain social distance throughout the ride, including at the start/finish and the café stop. Bring a facemask for use at the café stop.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
We recommend that all participants wear a helmet. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather. As usual we do expect you to have ensured your bike is roadworthy and that you have carried out basic pre-ride checks; we recommend that you also carry at least one spare inner tube, a pump (CO2 inflators are also highly recommended). It is also a good idea to carry a spare chain link that matches your bike’s chain (e.g. 9, 10 or 11 speed). If you have a mechanical problem we will do our best to assist you and/or lend you an inner tube or repair kit if we can, but it is always best to be self-reliant.
DISCLAIMER
This is a purely social group of like-minded people sharing a love of cycling, it is not a formal organisation nor does it have any form of legal structure. We do not profess to be trained ride leaders but do have experience of doing so. You are free to choose to ride with us but in doing so please note that you do so in acceptance that this is entirely at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered as a result of your participation. Please also read the terms and conditions on the website.
