Wheel Do It a bit further to the seaside

This ride is a slightly further ride than usual to the seaside. We will be riding to Cleethorpes, where we will have fish and chips to sustain us for our return journey. Total elevation for this ride is 1329 metres i.e. flat for those of us used the Peak District! We are aiming to ride at a pace of around 15mph to ensure that we are safely back before dark but, as always, nobody will be left behind (unless you decide you want to stay at the beach!)


IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
We recommend that all participants wear a helmet. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather. As usual, we do expect you to have ensured that your bike is roadworthy and that you have carried out basic pre ride checks. We recommend that you carry at least one spare inner tube, a pump, (CO2 inflators are also highly recommended). If you have a mechanical problem we will do our best to assist you/and or lend you an inner tube or repair kit if we can, but it is always best to be self reliant. Dont forget to bring money for refreshments and a mobile phone, together with a set of lights for your bike.
