This steady ride takes you along country lanes, canal paths and forest trails. There are a couple of minor roads to travel along to get us from A to B.

The majority of the route is fairly flat but there are one or two short steady inclines where if you feel it is too much, you can always get off and push. The terrain is a mix of tarmac, stony, sandy surfaces and dirt tracks.

We will be stopping at a cafe so please bring some pennies and a bike lock. The bikes will be out of sight so a lock is essential.

Off road tyres are recommended to make your ride more comfortable. As always, the English weather is often unpredictable so please dress appropriately. It’s better to take layers off, then have none to put on if its chilly or wet! Also bring along a drink and a snack for the ride. As always, a helmet is essential along with a spare inner tube, pump, lock etc

Don't say no until you've had a go!
