Mountain bike only or eBike. We are not qualified mountain bike leaders hence this being a community ride. You ride at your own risk. This is a low level mountain bike ride that doesn't have difficult terrain to navigate. Its aimed at those of us that have a level of fitness but maybe struggle finding something challenging but not too scary. We start at White Coppice and go along the goit to Brinscall and then into Roddlesworth .We return via fine views over Belmont and enjoy a great descent back into Brinscall .

Mainly off road on tracks and trails with some short sections on road .There are inclines but these are generally short and we'll always regroup. The pace is steady at be

We plan to snack as we go and will have frequent rests - after all we are surrounded for much of the ride by woods, water and the vibrant Autumn colours. We can have a café stop near the end for coffee and cake if desired.

Check your bike and ensure its in good working order. Bring an innertube and pump and have a back up plan for any mechanical breakdown. No helmet no ride. You'll need to have snacks and money for the café.

This will suit people who have a level of fitness and are confident riders - that doesn't have to mean you enjoy fast descents - I don't. You wont know till you've had a go
