Winchburgh by road and Canal

From our start point we will head through Gyle Park to Maybury junction and out past the airport on shared path to Ratho where we will then head to Newbridge on roads and onwards to Broxburn on shared path. We will then cycle into Broxburn town centre then pick up the Canal path to Winchburgh. On leaving the canal path we will head to our cafe stop. We will then return via Kirkliston on roads and pick up the shared path near Newbridge to pass Ingliston and the airport and onwards to Maybury, Gyle Park and back to our start point

Shared paths, quiet roads and some busier roads

We will stop at a cafe in Winchburgh and if the weather is kind to us we can sit outside

This ride is aimed at anyone taking on cycling events this year and want to take part in training rides
